GENERAL

Managed flats are our own definition of classic serviced flats. At YUMA, we offer you the advantages of a serviced flat, combined with a high degree of digitalisation and the use of state-of-the-art technology.

Our flats are modern, superbly equipped and offer you the private retreat of a flat. Our excellent price/performance ratio and the available facilities are a real added value compared to classic hotels, regardless of whether you are staying for 1 night or up to 6 months.

The total value of your booking is due for payment immediately after booking.

Depending on the selected rate, you can cancel your flat free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. As we have already received your payment at the time of booking, the amount will be refunded to you in full.


If you have opted for the non-cancellable rate or your arrival is less than 5 days away, the full booking amount is due as a cancellation fee.

We accept all valid credit and debit cards. Cashless payment on site will also be possible shortly.

If you have any concerns before or during your stay, our support staff are available daily from 06:30 to 00:30 by phone and email.

Every day between 14:00 & 19:00 a host is also available on site in the Community Kitchen as a contact person for you.

Before / During your stay

Your flat will be available for you from 14:00 on the day of arrival. You can simply check in digitally via the "check-in button" in your email before arrival.

Check-out is until 10:00 am on the day of departure. Simply follow the instructions in your pre-departure email. You can also check out on the evening before departure, your digital key will remain valid until the time of departure.

Cleaning of the flats is included every 7 days. As part of the cleaning service, the bed is also re-made and all towels and rugs are changed. You are also welcome to book this service on site for an additional €30.00 per use.

Our hosts are on site at various times, but if you have a direct concern, you can contact us at any time via e-mail or guest chat (access after check-in with your smartphone).

Of course, if you can't find a host, you can always contact us by email at support@yuma-apartments.de. We are also available for telephone enquiries between 06:30 and 00:30.


There are also service telephones on the ground floor of YUMA (House A and House B) which you can use to contact us during service hours (06:30 - 00:30).

1 night

6 months, if you would like to stay longer, you can extend your stay on site.

No, a made-up bed and towels as well as a rug are always part of the flat's basic equipment. If there are two of you, you will find additional bed linen and another set of towels in one of the cupboards in each room.

Our YUMA bed is a real highlight! It transforms your flat from a bedroom into a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and back again.


  • Press in the centre at the top to unlock.
  • Carefully pull the bed down.
  • CAUTION: do not touch the legs! Risk of entrapment!

With its flexible wooden slatted frame and comfortable bonell spring core mattress, our YUMA bed is in no way inferior to a classic bed in terms of comfort.

Your flat has plenty of storage space for clothes and luggage, and within sight of the bed you will also find a 50-inch Samsung Smart TV including Chromecast and screen mirroring. In the kitchenette, each flat has a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave (incl. grill), mobile induction hob, kettle, Nespresso machine and cooking utensils such as pots, pans, cutlery, etc. You will also find a desk with chair and connections for power, USB A and USB C in each flat.

Out of consideration for all YUMA guests, pets are not permitted in the YUMA.

Our car parks are currently open to all guests, so we cannot accept reservations or guarantee availability.

We have Miele washing machines and tumble dryers in our buildings, simply download the Miele Wash app on your smartphone and book your washing machine.

If your clothes have become too crumply during your journey and you would like to iron them, we will be happy to provide you with an ironing board & iron. Come by the Community Kitchen during our service hours & we will be happy to provide you with an ironing board & iron.

After the stay

You will receive your invoice by e-mail after the online check-out.

When you check out online, you will be asked for your final details and can decide which address / company etc. your invoice should be issued to.

No problem, we collect forgotten items and send them to you in return for the postage.

Our hosts always give the best for our guests, if you meet a host, he will try to help you.
